Onboarding Flow
Provider signs up
Register as a tPay365 service provider and submit business verification details.
Bank details verified
Confirmation of Payee (CoP) check validates provider bank account ownership.
Appears in provider directory
Once verified, the provider is listed in the employee-facing directory for vault connections.
Employees connect via tPay_ID or app
Employees link the provider to a specific vault. Payments execute automatically on schedule.
